Description
Copper alloy buckle. D-shaped frame with a cast copper alloy pin. The belt plate comprises of two rectangular layers held together by domed head rivets, one missing, three still in place.

Description (Physical description)
The hooped part and the tongue are of cast bronze. The belt plate is of sheet bronze and attached to the smaller back plate by four bronze rivets with domed heads. The tongue is hinged on an iron pin. One rivet missing, restored.
